New Year New Website. At the start of 2020 I decided to get serious about my art career and in order to do that, I really needed to make some changes, reinvent my brand, and rebuild my website.

Building a website on WordPress has had some serious learning curves. I started creating my sherriwestfall.com website in 2014. I began the adventure knowing nothing about getting a domain, hosting, how to upload wordpress let alone how to code or build a website.

I found videos on youtube, purchased TONS of courses, themes, plug-ins etc. Yet I still struggled with the mechanics of building a fast secure somewhat appealing website. After having way more trouble than I should have had, I built a very heavy clunky monster of a site that had no focus. I was trying to accomplish way too much on one site.

So at the beginning of 2020 I made the decision to wipe that site completely and start over, and I'm so glad that I did! I understand web building much better now, but I am always learning!

I've got some BIG GOALS for 2020.

A bricks and mortar business and a couple of online businesses that all need websites , so I'll be a busy gal.
